Think intereview about Chesapeake bay retriever was handled well because of elements such as greeting - taking patron back to books in stacks - asking if answer was answered completely and please let know if need more information --- flaw was should have asking patron questions about specific information earlier in the interview process - wopuld have able to determine what the patron really needed and wanted
